XPS Group provided buy-side advisory services to Richard Fisher for his acquisition of a 50% interest in Trapeze Communications Inc. in August of 2010. Trapeze is an integrated branding and advertising agency that helps clients identify, position, and market themselves, online and offline. Richard had served as the Director of Client Services & Planning for Trapeze for a number of years leading up to the acquisition. His buyin allows a former Partner in the Company to make a desired move to France.
